Spied: 2013 Honda Accord Dashboard Revealed and First Video of the Coupe on the Road

Honda may have released images of the final production version of its 2013 Accord Sedan and Coupe ahead of launch, but it only showed us the exterior of the two cars with the interior remaining a mystery.

Not anymore as a forum member of the Honda-loving Temple of VTEC (TOV) secured what looks like a brochure or perhaps a dealer-intended image of the 2013 Accord's dashboard with information on the various features.

A few things we noticed is the multi-layered design of the dash with two screens on the center console.

The lower touchscreen unit, positioned between the central air-vents, is for the new HondaLink infotainment system, while the upper, full-color unit for Honda's Intelligent Multi-Information Display (i-MID) that shows all sorts of information from the Navigation system to trip computer functions.

Scoop: First Photos of Honda's Fiat 500-Fighting N-One Mini

Do you remember the Honda N Concept_4 from last year's Tokyo Motor Show? Well, what you see pictured here is the final production version of the small hatchback that is slated to go on sale in Japan this fall.

Sourced from a leaked Japanese market brochure, these scanned images reveal the exterior and interior of the new Honda that will probably rival the likes of the Fiat 500 in the city car segment.

Note that we are not entirely sure about the name, which we translated to N-One (or N-1) from Japanese.

The cosmetic changes over the original N Concept 4, itself a follow up to the 2009 EV-N study, are restrained and include the regular head- and tail lamp fixtures (instead of LED units), and the redesigned tail gate that now sports a thick decorative chrome strip right above the license plate holder.

The styling of the N-One harks back to Honda's original N series of kei-cars from the 1960s and 1970s, and especially the N360, built between 1967 and 1972.

Spied: Bing-Winged Prototype Could be a Test Mule for the Next Honda Civic Type-R

Honda, a brand that used to be synonymous with performance cars for the masses, has toned down if not…completely erased its sporty side these past few years, something that has not gone unnoticed by consumers and fans alike.

However, it seems that the Japanese automaker has received the message and is making plans to revitalize itself by returning to its roots, as evidenced by the new NSX sports car that will go on sale within the next three years.

For the mainstream crowd in Europe, Japan and other markets worldwide sans North America, Honda appears to be preparing a replacement for one of its more popular models, the Civic Type R.

Our spy shooters spotted a prototype of the latest generation of the European market Civic hatchback featuring a large rear wing near Honda’s technical center at the Nürburgring, which we believe could be a test mule for the next Type R.
